Will is a business law and litigation attorney. Will represents entrepreneurs, businesses, executives, and other professionals in corporate, employment, real estate, and civil litigation matters.

As a business lawyer, Will is passionate about helping both entrepreneurs and established businesses grow and succeed. Will works diligently with his clients to build or improve the legal foundation of their businesses, including choosing the right legal structure, implementing sound corporate governance and employment law practices, and drafting reliable contracts for commercial transactions.

As a litigation attorney, Will has experience in all phases of litigation, including jury trials, and has obtained favorable results on behalf of clients in state and federal courts in Minnesota. Will also has experience in drafting and arguing appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and has worked on briefs for a case of first impression before the Minnesota Supreme Court. Will’s experience and hard earned wisdom as a litigator informs his approach with his clients when evaluating commercial transactions, ownership structures, and employment practices.
